Huēhuecoyōtl (pronounced weh-weh-coh-yoh-tl) is the ancient Aztec god of music, dance, and mischief. In late 2022, Mike King and Wyatt Dozier recruited Lorenzo Esposito and Kevin Brinkman to form this exciting and engaging group of musicians under the banner of the old coyote. Together, they have solidified their sound by dipping into multiple genres; such as hard rock, pop-punk, classic country, funk rock, and traditional blues. Fun and energetic vibes with a slight sense of wistful nostalgia, Huēhuecoyōtl makes music for movie nerds and sports fans, gamers and bookworms, clowns to the left and jokers to the right and everyone in between because that's who they are and that's who they care about.
